The service

TownVera provides professional websites, hosting, contact forms, lead delivery, notifications, automatic visitor replies, a lead inbox, and the support described by the plan you choose. We create the website for you; TownVera is not a self-serve website builder.

Core and Growth include Ongoing website updates for reasonable changes to existing text, images, hours, contact details, and services. Lite includes Unlimited business-detail corrections for phone, email, address, service area, and hours. Major redesigns, new pages, new custom functionality, rebrands, and complex integrations are outside these included services and require a separate scope and price agreement.

Preview, launch, and your responsibilities

You may review a preview and request changes before choosing a plan. A paid plan does not make a website live immediately: formal content, automated checks, and a rendered review must be completed before publication. You are responsible for making sure the business information, services, permissions, logos, photos, reviews, and other content you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

Plans, payment, and renewal

The current plan prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. When checkout is enabled, your selected plan automatically renews from the paid start date unless you cancel. The checkout page will identify the payment provider and show the price, billing period, automatic renewal terms, and cancellation method before you submit payment.

A browser confirmation page does not itself activate a plan. TownVera activates paid service only after it receives and verifies the payment provider’s subscription confirmation.

Cancellation and refunds

There is no minimum monthly term. You may cancel using the billing option shown in your account when available or by contacting TownVera. Cancellation takes effect on the first day of the next billing period; your service remains available through the paid period. Annual cancellation stops the next annual renewal and does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused months.

TownVera may approve refunds when appropriate. Fees already paid for domain registration or business email provisioning are non-refundable because they are third-party costs incurred for your business. We do not offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Your content and TownVera materials

Your Content includes your domain, business email, website materials, lead data, and business content. You retain ownership of Your Content. You give TownVera the limited permission needed to host, process, display, maintain, and deliver the service while it is active.

TownVera retains ownership of its software, templates, website system, and main website. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Ending service and exporting content

After service ends, eligible customer content and lead data are available through a 30-day export window before deletion is scheduled. TownVera can assist with a domain transfer request, but timing and any transfer fees are controlled by the domain registrar. Business email and domain transfers are handled separately and may require actions with the relevant provider.

Service limits and changes

We work to keep the service available and useful, but do not promise a particular ranking, number of leads, revenue result, uninterrupted availability, or a fixed launch date. We may update these terms when the service or a legal requirement changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Material changes to an active paid service will be communicated through a reasonable available contact method.
