Why did you make me a free preview?
The preview is our way of showing you what TownVera could do for your business before asking you to buy. We hope you will choose a paid plan if you like it. Viewing a preview does not start a subscription, and you are under no obligation to buy.
What does the monthly fee pay for?
Your plan keeps your website, hosting, SSL, contact form, lead inbox, email notifications, and automatic visitor confirmations running. TownVera handles the technical upkeep. Core and Growth also include ongoing website updates within the limits below.
Does paying make my preview live immediately?
No. You confirm your official business details and provide the content you want to use. TownVera reviews and prepares the live version before it is published. Your preview is something to review, not an already-launched website.
What website changes are included?
All plans include unlimited business-detail corrections: phone, email, address, service area, and hours. Core and Growth also include reasonable updates to existing text, images, hours, contact details, and services whenever you need them. Major redesigns, new pages, new custom functionality, rebrands, and complex integrations are not included and can be quoted separately.
Do I have to keep checking a dashboard?
No. New inquiry notifications go to your business email, and the lead stays saved for later. The visitor gets an automatic confirmation, not a quote or a booking. You handle the customer conversation and decide what to offer.
What if I do not want to renew?
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling a monthly plan stops renewal at the end of the current paid cycle; canceling an annual plan stops the next annual renewal. Choose a plan only when the preview and service feel right for you.

Ethan is the person behind TownVera and reviews every website before it goes live. If you received a preview, you can reply to the email it came with to ask about your website or a plan. You do not need to request another preview.
