No. Confirm the prefilled business information and permission to use the content. The live version must have Ethan’s rendered approval. If you confirm that same reviewed version without changes, automatic checks and publication can follow without another approval. Changed content needs a new review. A plan choice or payment alone does not publish your website.

Core and Growth also include reasonable updates to existing text, images, hours, contact details, and services whenever you need them. No. New inquiry notifications go to your business email, and the lead stays saved for later. The visitor gets an automatic confirmation, not a quote or a booking. You handle the customer conversation and decide what to offer.

Yes. For monthly or annual plans, you may request a refund of the unused portion of your current paid period. We subtract actual non-refundable third-party costs, then multiply by remaining time divided by the total billing-period time. Earlier periods are not refunded. You retain ownership of your domain, business email, website materials, lead data, and business content. TownVera retains its software and templates. After service ends, eligible customer content and lead data have a 30-day export window before deletion is scheduled. Domain transfer assistance is available; timing and fees depend on the registrar. Business email transfers require separate provider steps. See the Terms for the full boundary.
