Privacy Policy

Clear about the information we use.

Effective September 10, 2026. This policy explains how TownVera handles information when we provide a website, lead tools, support, or a website preview.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide in a preview request, contact form, account flow, website-content submission, or support request. This can include business details, your name, business email, phone number, website or profile link, city and state, messages, images, and service information.

When visitors contact a TownVera customer, we process the inquiry details submitted through that customer’s website, including the visitor’s name, contact details, message, and any appointment-request details. We also process account, session, lead, content, and operational records needed to provide the service.

We receive limited technical and security information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, session identifiers, and abuse-prevention signals. When checkout becomes available, the payment provider will handle payment credentials; TownVera may receive transaction status and billing records needed to provide the service, support a payment, or maintain our records.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to requests, prepare and maintain websites, deliver leads and notifications, provide account access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, protect the service, support cancellation and export requests, and meet operational obligations connected with the service.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for website delivery, security, Worker runtime services, and database or object-storage features; AWS for transactional email and isolated asset processing; Google for TownVera business communication; and Zoho for a Growth customer’s business email when that service is purchased. A payment provider will be identified at checkout when payment processing is enabled.

These providers process information to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal information or rent it to advertisers.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, resolve support issues, or keep required operational records. After a customer service ends, customer content and lead data enter a 30-day export window and are then scheduled for deletion. Minimal audit or security records, and records needed to resolve a payment, fraud, or legal obligation, may be retained only as necessary for that purpose.

Cookies, analytics, and cross-border processing

We use necessary cookies and similar session technologies for sign-in, preview access, security, and service operation. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or another material data practice, we will update this policy before enabling it.

Our service providers may process information across borders. We do not make a public promise about a particular storage location.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information that relates to you, subject to information we need to retain for security, payment, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. To make a request, please use the contact option below and include enough information for us to identify the relevant request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Children and updates

TownVera is for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
