Every plan includes a professional mobile-friendly website, hosting, SSL, contact form, saved lead inbox, email notifications, automatic visitor confirmations, and unlimited business-detail corrections.

Renewal and cancellation

When paid subscriptions become available, this plan will renew monthly at USD 49.00 until canceled. Your paid billing period starts when payment is verified. You may cancel through the available billing option or by contacting Ethan. Cancellation stops the next renewal; service continues through the current paid period. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.

Refunds

You may request a refund of the unused portion of your current paid monthly or annual period. Refund = (amount paid for that period − actual non-refundable third-party costs incurred for your business) × remaining time ÷ total billing-period time, rounded to USD cents. Costs are itemized and never deducted twice. Earlier periods are not refunded. An issued refund ends the refunded service and future renewal, followed by a 30-day content and lead-data export window. What happens before your website goes live

1. Payment must be verified by the payment provider, not just a browser success screen.
2. You confirm the prefilled business information and permission to use the content.
3. Ethan's rendered approval must match the same version. TownVera runs automatic checks and publishes the approved version. Changed content needs a new review; a payment alone does not publish an unchecked website.

Domain and business email setup, where included, may require separate provider steps. TownVera handles technical upkeep; Core and Growth include reasonable updates to existing content. Major redesigns, new pages and custom functionality are quoted separately.
